Job Description

We are seeking a Biomedical Scientist to join a pathology diagnostics lab in Lisbon. You will process and analyze patient samples with a focus on quality control and accuracy in test interpretation.

Ideal for laboratory professionals with experience in clinical diagnostics, microbiology, or histology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze blood, tissue, and fluid samples
  • Operate and calibrate laboratory instruments
  • Conduct quality control and adhere to ISO standards
  • Record results and communicate findings to clinicians
  • Maintain lab safety and biohazard protocols

Your Profile

  • Degree in Biomedical Science or Medical Laboratory Technology
  • 2+ years of clinical lab experience
  • Familiarity with lab automation systems and LIS
  • Detail-oriented with high data accuracy
  • Portuguese proficiency; English is a plus
