Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to manage lifecycle campaigns for a leading travel & leisure brand. This role is perfect for detail-oriented marketers with strong technical and creative email know-how.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deploy automated and one-off email campaigns
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging using CRM tools
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, design, and CTAs
  • Analyze campaign KPIs: open rates, CTR, conversions
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and email best practices

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM
  • Proficiency with tools like Mailchimp, Braze, Klaviyo, or Iterable
  • HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
