Job Description

Join an education startup pushing boundaries in learning through gamification. As a Gamified Learning Experience Designer, you’ll design interactive, goal-driven modules for high school and adult learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop story-based learning paths using game mechanics
  • Build interactive quizzes, rewards systems, and progress tracking
  • Work closely with illustrators, developers, and instructional designers
  • Test prototypes with real learners and iterate content

Your Profile

  • Creative thinker with background in pedagogy, UX, or game design
  • Experience with Unity, Genially, or game-based LMS tools
  • Passion for engagement, retention, and learning outcomes
  • Fluent in English; other European languages a plus
