Job Description

We’re hiring a Maintenance Engineer to oversee a smart production facility implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.

You’ll be responsible for predictive maintenance, system integration, and uptime optimization across automated lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and improve machine performance using IoT tools
  • Implement predictive maintenance using vibration/thermal analysis
  • Troubleshoot automation and mechanical issues
  • Lead small improvement projects (Kaizen)
  • Train technicians on new equipment and procedures

Your Profile:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics)
  • 3+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with CMMS and Industry 4.0 systems
  • Strong data analysis and Excel/Power BI skills
