Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to support growth campaigns through better tooling, automation, and analytics. Ideal for process-driven marketers with technical chops and CRM know-how.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage marketing automation workflows and lead scoring
  • Own campaign tagging, tracking, and attribution systems
  • Integrate and manage MarTech tools (e.g., HubSpot, Segment, Zapier)
  • Generate performance dashboards and funnel reports
  • Support lifecycle and nurture campaign execution

Your Profile

  • 2+ years in marketing ops, CRM, or growth enablement
  • Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Segment
  • Strong Excel/Sheets and data visualization skills
  • Organized, analytical, and fluent in marketing processes
