Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a People Analytics Specialist to bring data insights to HR and leadership teams. You’ll create dashboards and reports to drive decision-making around talent, engagement, and productivity.

Perfect for someone who loves HR and data equally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build reports and dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio
  • Analyze trends in retention, DEI, hiring, and performance
  • Work closely with People Ops to interpret data insights
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years in HR analytics, data, or people operations
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with BI tools
  • Understanding of HR metrics and organizational KPIs
  • Analytical mindset with great storytelling skills
