Job Description

Hays Recruiting is seeking a Product Designer to join a fintech startup focused on delivering smooth and modern app experiences for iOS and Android. This role is perfect for designers who enjoy full ownership of user flows and want to create products used by thousands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-fidelity UI for mobile apps using Figma
  • Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions
  • Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility
  • Maintain and evolve the product’s design system and UI library
  • Contribute to feature ideation and iterative development

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in app or product design
  • Strong portfolio of shipped mobile products (Android/iOS)
  • Skilled in Figma, Zeplin, or similar handoff tools
  • Familiarity with platform guidelines (Material Design / iOS HIG)
  • UX mindset with strong attention to user needs and visual polish
