Job Description

Hays Recruiting is seeking a UI/UX Designer to join a SaaS company focused on delivering intuitive experiences across web and mobile.

This fully remote role is ideal for designers with a strong user-first mindset and experience in end-to-end product design workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with developers to implement pixel-perfect UIs
  • Iterate on design based on user feedback and analytics
  • Ensure consistent visual identity across platforms

Your Profile:

  • 2–3 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles
  • Experience in SaaS or B2B tech products is a plus
  • Portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects
