Job Description
Hays Recruiting is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the finance team of a logistics multinational in Lisbon.
You’ll handle daily AP operations, ensuring invoices and vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies
- Liaise with procurement and finance teams
- Maintain AP ledger and prepare reports
- Assist with month-end close
Your Profile:
- 1–3 years of experience in AP or general accounting
- Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English and Portuguese
