Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Finance Analyst to support strategic decision-making for a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

This role involves financial modeling, forecasting, and KPI tracking in a dynamic and tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain financial models for budgeting and planning
  • Analyze P&L, CAC, LTV, and SaaS metrics
  • Deliver monthly reports and insights to leadership
  • Partner with operations and product teams on cost analysis
  • Support investor reporting and fundraising data rooms

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years in financial planning or business analysis
  • Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and subscription-based models
  • Fluent in English; startup experience a plus
