Job Description
Hays Recruiting is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator for a leading gastroenterology research center. You’ll take ownership of study protocol implementation and champion site-level trial activities.
Ideal for professionals with 3+ years in clinical coordination, familiar with site initiation, enrollment, and CRF management.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and run site visits, including informed consent and patient recruitment
- Collect, record, and review clinical data in EDC systems
- Ensure compliance with study protocols and ethical standards
- Liaise with sponsors, monitors, and IRBs
- Manage investigational product accountability and logistics
Your Profile
- 3+ years’ experience in clinical research coordination
- Proficient in EDC/CTMS platforms (e.g., Medidata, Oracle)
- Strong communication with patients and clinical staff
- GCP certification and medical or scientific background
- Fluent in English; Portuguese fluency advantageous
