Job Description
Hays Recruiting is partnering with a mid‑sized pharmaceutical CRO in Curitiba to recruit a Clinical Trial Assistant. You will support clinical trial operations ensuring documentation accuracy and timely communication between sites and sponsors in a fast-paced regulated environment.
Ideal for candidates with 1–2 years in clinical operations or trial coordination looking to deepen their expertise in GCP and CTMS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage trial master files and site documentation per GCP SOPs
- Review and track essential documents for completeness and integrity
- Coordinate communications with clinical sites and study monitors
- Maintain CTMS updates and generate status reports
- Assist with study start-up tasks, such as user access and training
Your Profile
- 1–2 years in clinical trial support roles
- Familiarity with CTMS and regulatory requirements (ICH‑GCP)
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication in English (written & spoken); Portuguese a plus
- Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
