Job Description

Hays Recruiting is looking for a Content & SEO Manager to lead the organic growth strategy for a pan-European B2C platform. This is a leadership-level role with direct ownership over content operations and SEO performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the SEO content calendar
  • Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis
  • Oversee production by coordinating freelance writers and editors
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and dev teams on technical SEO
  • Track performance using GA4, Semrush, and Looker Studio
  • Optimize new and existing pages for better SERP performance

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in SEO and content marketing
  • Proficiency in GA, Ahrefs/Semrush, and CMS platforms
  • Strong editorial judgment and content strategy experience
  • Fluent English; other European languages are a plus
  • Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or large content websites
