Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to manage campaign strategy and execution for a B2C travel brand.

You’ll be responsible for engaging customers through targeted lifecycle campaigns and personalized messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and schedule campaigns in tools like Mailchimp or Braze
  • Segment audiences and A/B test subject lines/content
  • Monitor KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversion
  • Work closely with design and content teams
  • Maintain GDPR-compliant email practices

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in email/lifecycle marketing
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout
  • Strong analytical mindset and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
  • Familiarity with CRM and automation platforms
