Job Description

Join a fast-growing L&D consultancy as a Corporate Trainer, leading workshops and training programs on soft skills like communication, negotiation, and customer engagement for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions in English (and optionally Portuguese)
  • Customize training content based on team needs and industry context
  • Conduct needs assessments and post-training evaluations
  • Develop training materials and e-learning support assets
  • Provide feedback to L&D teams on program effectiveness

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of corporate training experience
  • Familiarity with adult learning and coaching methodologies
  • Able to facilitate both in-person and online sessions confidently
  • Bilingual preferred (English + Portuguese)
