Job Description

We’re hiring a Freelance Instructional Designer to build highly interactive remote learning content for internal training teams. You’ll work closely with product and HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build short-form courses using Articulate Rise, Canva, and Genially
  • Align content to internal brand and tone of voice
  • Support translation and localization efforts
  • Conduct testing and QA prior to deployment
  • Recommend microlearning enhancements based on learner feedback

Your Profile

  • Freelance or contract experience in digital learning
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms and authoring tools
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently
  • Portuguese and English fluency required
