Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with key enterprise clients for a cybersecurity SaaS platform. Ideal for candidates skilled in solution selling and long-term client growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts
  • Conduct QBRs and ensure customer success alignment
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate with onboarding, support, and tech teams

Your Profile

  • 4+ years in enterprise sales or account management
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Experience in SaaS, particularly cybersecurity or compliance
  • Fluent English; other European languages a plus
