Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow relationships with key enterprise clients for a cybersecurity SaaS platform. Ideal for candidates skilled in solution selling and long-term client growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts
- Conduct QBRs and ensure customer success alignment
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with onboarding, support, and tech teams
Your Profile
- 4+ years in enterprise sales or account management
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Experience in SaaS, particularly cybersecurity or compliance
- Fluent English; other European languages a plus
