Job Description

Join a growing DTC wellness brand as an Inbound Sales Consultant. You’ll handle warm leads and inquiries, helping guide customers toward the right subscription options.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound email and live chat queries
  • Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit plans
  • Assist with subscription management and upselling
  • Track lead conversion and feedback for marketing

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years in customer-facing roles (sales, support, retail)
  • Strong communication and empathy skills
  • Experience with CRM or help desk platforms (Zendesk, HubSpot)
  • Passion for wellness, health, or lifestyle products
