Job Description

Hays Recruiting is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for a European e-commerce brand.

This is a high-impact role with regular C-level exposure and the chance to shape financial strategy in a fast-moving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling
  • Track key performance metrics and business KPIs
  • Deliver financial reports and board presentations
  • Partner with business units to understand cost drivers
  • Lead the FP&A tech stack and process improvements

Your Profile:

  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling experience
  • Excellent business acumen and stakeholder management
  • Fluent in English; experience in ecommerce or retail is a plus
