Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring an E-commerce Operations Coordinator to support daily backend tasks for a consumer electronics brand.

You’ll manage Amazon and Shopify listings, returns, and coordination between logistics and customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product listings on Amazon and other platforms
  • Track order flow, returns, and refunds
  • Coordinate with 3PL providers on shipping and stock levels
  • Monitor seller performance and respond to marketplace issues
  • Ensure accurate product content and pricing

Your Profile:

  • 1–2 years experience in e-commerce operations or logistics
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Excel
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese is a plus
