Hays Recruiting is hiring an Office Manager & Admin Coordinator for a creative agency based Lisbon. You’ll support smooth day-to-day operations and help foster a positive in-office culture.
This role is perfect for a people-oriented multitasker who enjoys solving problems and keeping things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and cleaning staff
- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Plan team events and manage local facilities needs
- Support basic finance/admin tasks (e.g., invoices, travel)
- Greet visitors and act as a culture ambassador
Your Profile:
- 1–2 years of office support or admin experience
- Highly organized with excellent communication skills
- Familiar with G Suite, Excel, and basic bookkeeping
- Comfortable managing office logistics independently
- Portuguese fluency; English proficiency
