Job Description

Join an electronics manufacturer as a Process Engineer to improve throughput and quality across SMT and assembly lines.

You’ll work with operators and engineers to reduce downtime and ensure consistent production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and optimize assembly processes
  • Analyze cycle times and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Develop SOPs and operator training materials
  • Lead root cause analysis of quality issues

Your Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering
  • 2+ years in electronics or high-mix manufacturing
  • Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methods
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English
