Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee a team of 15+ operators during evening production runs.

You’ll ensure production targets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily shift activities and personnel
  • Enforce health, safety, and operational policies
  • Coordinate with planning and maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate production records

Your Profile:

  • 2–3 years in a supervisory role
  • Background in automotive, plastics, or FMCG
  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills
  • Fluent Portuguese required
