Job Description

Hays Recruiting is looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a tech-forward client in Porto working on global SaaS products.

You’ll create and execute test plans and automation scripts to ensure high software quality throughout development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and Python
  • Execute functional, regression, and performance testing
  • Identify, report, and track bugs with detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with devs and product managers in Agile sprints
  • Maintain test environments and CI/CD test pipelines

Your Profile:

  • 3+ years in software QA, with automation focus
  • Hands-on experience in Selenium, Python, and Jenkins/GitHub Actions
  • Knowledge of REST API testing and Agile methodologies
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English; ISTQB certification is a plus
