Job Description

Hays Recruiting is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong command of SQL and Power BI to join an international retail company’s business analytics team in Lisbon.

You’ll be responsible for transforming large datasets into actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Query and extract data from SQL databases
  • Conduct data cleaning, validation, and transformation
  • Present insights to business stakeholders
  • Support data-driven decision-making across finance, sales, and operations

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and visualization techniques
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and storytelling skills
