Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Reverse Logistics Specialist to manage return processes and refurbishments for consumer electronics in Munich.

You’ll ensure smooth returns handling, coordinate repairs, and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage returns cycle: inspection, refurbishment, restocking
  • Liaise with vendors for replacements or warranty claims
  • Analyze return causes and recommend process improvements
  • Ensure quality control before resale
  • Document return flows and prepare returns KPIs

Your Profile

  • 1–2 years in returns/logistics in electronics or retail
  • Familiarity with RMAs and inventory systems
  • Analytical approach to returns analysis
  • Strong vendor relationship skills
  • Fluent in Portuguese; English advantageous
