Job Description

Hays Recruiting is looking for an E-commerce Logistics Manager to optimize last-mile delivery and returns processes for a major online retailer operating across Europe.

You’ll coordinate with carriers, oversee delivery KPIs, and ensure a frictionless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with courier networks and last-mile partners
  • Monitor delivery metrics and reduce fulfillment delays
  • Oversee return logistics and expedite refund processes
  • Implement automation tools for shipping and tracking
  • Collaborate with customer support on delivery issues

Your Profile

  • 2–4 years in ecommerce logistics or last-mile coordination
  • Strong analytical problem-solving approach
  • Experience with 3PL / multi-carrier shipping platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder communication
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese a strong asset
