Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to manage and advise on M&A deals and cross-border transactions across the EU. The role is based in Porto and includes high-level legal strategy input.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead legal due diligence for acquisitions and mergers
  • Negotiate SPAs, NDAs, and joint venture agreements
  • Coordinate with external counsel and deal teams
  • Oversee post-merger legal integration processes
  •  Identify and mitigate transactional risks
