Job Description

A fast-growing legaltech startup is seeking a Contract Law Intern to review service agreements, privacy policies, and SaaS contracts. Great opportunity for law students interested in tech and startups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and suggest edits to existing contract templates
  • Compare legal terms across jurisdictions (EU/US)
  • Research industry-standard clauses
  • Help update internal terms of service and NDAs
  • Participate in remote legal team syncs

Your Profile

  • Studying or recently completed Law (focus on contracts or IP)
  • Interest in startups, SaaS, or product-based legal work
  • Excellent written English and legal drafting skills
  • Available for 10–15 hrs/week
