  • Job DescriptionWe are recruiting a Senior Legal Counsel with deep expertise in employment law to advise HR and management teams across a multinational corporation’s EU operations.Key Responsibilities
    • Draft and review employment agreements and HR policies
    • Represent the company in labor disputes and negotiations
    • Advise on disciplinary actions, terminations, and labor law changes
    • Train HR teams on compliance and risk mitigation
    • Liaise with external counsel and regulators

    Your Profile

    • Law degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
    • Specialization in labor/employment law in Portugal or EU
    • Strong negotiation and advisory skills
    • Fluent in Portuguese and English
