Job Description

Hays Recruiting is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech) to lead hiring efforts for engineering and product teams across Europe.

This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who thrives on sourcing top talent and owning the full-cycle recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, and job boards
  • Screen applicants and run structured interviews
  • Advise hiring managers on market trends and strategies
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusive hiring practices

Your Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience recruiting for tech/engineering
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Fluent in English; additional EU language is a plus
