Job Description
Hays Recruiting is hiring a Financial Controller for a growing international services group. You’ll be responsible for accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance across multiple European entities.
Ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a solid foundation in IFRS and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Ensure compliance with local and EU tax regulations
- Support audits and financial risk assessments
Your Profile:
- 3–5 years of experience in finance or controlling
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Fluency in English; Portuguese a strong plus
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certifications preferred
