Job Description

Hays Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join a fast-paced e-commerce distribution center.

You’ll be involved in order picking, inventory checks, and ensuring high levels of accuracy in packaging and shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack orders using handheld devices
  • Conduct daily stock counts and inventory audits
  • Support receiving and dispatching operations
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the warehouse
  • Report stock discrepancies and damages

Your Profile:

  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet
  • Good communication and attention to detail
  • Portuguese fluency required; basic English a plus
