Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to support warehouse and transportation processes across European markets.

You’ll ensure timely fulfillment and shipment tracking while managing 3PL relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments with couriers and warehouses
  • Monitor order flow and resolve delivery issues
  • Prepare shipping documentation and customs forms
  • Track logistics KPIs (on-time delivery, cost per shipment)
  • Liaise with customer service and supply teams

Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years in logistics, shipping, or supply coordination
  • Familiar with EU shipping regulations and customs
  • Excellent Excel and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese
