Job Description
Hays Recruiting is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the night shift at a busy distribution center in Paris. You’ll be responsible for managing packing, handling dispatch operations, and scheduling a team of pickers and packers to ensure seamless overnight logistics.
Ideal for experienced supervisors comfortable managing teams during night shifts, with strong operational and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse team across night shifts, ensuring productivity and safety
- Coordinate dispatch schedules and manage packing workflows
- Monitor stock quality, batch expiry, and organization standards
- Conduct night-time safety checks and equipment inspections
- Train new night shift team members and enforce SOPs
Your Profile
- 2+ years in warehouse supervision, preferably during night operations
- Good organizational skills and leadership presence
- Familiar with warehouse software and health & safety protocols
- Comfortable working overnight and coordinating cross-team shifts
- Fluent in Portuguese; English is a plus
