Job Description
Hays Recruiting is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end import/export processes for goods across FR markets. Working in Munich, you’ll ensure all customs documentation is in place and shipments are delivered on time.
Ideal for professionals with logistics coordination experience and strong attention to detail in paperwork and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation for import/export
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs agents
- Track shipments and resolve transit delays or customs issues
- Liaise with sales and procurement teams for demand forecasting
- Maintain accurate records and generate KPIs (transit time, cost, delays)
Your Profile
- 2+ years in international logistics or freight coordination
- Familiar with EU export/import regulations and documentation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Proficient in Excel and TMS platforms
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
