Job Description

Hays Recruiting is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients.

You’ll serve as the main point of contact for business customers, helping them achieve their goals through proactive engagement and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onboarding and training for new B2B clients
  • Drive usage and satisfaction through regular check-ins and QBRs
  • Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
  • Coordinate with sales and product to resolve client issues
  • Analyze usage data and feedback to improve client outcomes

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years in customer success or account management
  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Data-driven mindset and attention to customer health metrics
  • Fluent English; Spanish or German is a plus
