Job Description
Hays Recruiting is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage onboarding, adoption, and retention for a portfolio of B2B SaaS clients.
You’ll serve as the main point of contact for business customers, helping them achieve their goals through proactive engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onboarding and training for new B2B clients
- Drive usage and satisfaction through regular check-ins and QBRs
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Coordinate with sales and product to resolve client issues
- Analyze usage data and feedback to improve client outcomes
Your Profile:
- 2+ years in customer success or account management
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset and attention to customer health metrics
- Fluent English; Spanish or German is a plus
