Hays Recruiting is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Spanish & English) to assist mobile app users for a global tech platform.
This role involves working in shifts (day/evening) and collaborating with international support teams to solve customer concerns efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle support requests via live chat, email, and in-app messages
- Troubleshoot issues related to app performance and usability
- Escalate unresolved issues to tier 2 support or engineering
- Collect feedback and share insights with the product team
- Maintain customer satisfaction with timely, friendly responses
Your Profile:
- Customer-facing experience in a tech or service industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Good technical troubleshooting ability
- Experience with mobile apps and digital tools
