Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Spanish & English) to assist mobile app users for a global tech platform.

This role involves working in shifts (day/evening) and collaborating with international support teams to solve customer concerns efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle support requests via live chat, email, and in-app messages
  • Troubleshoot issues related to app performance and usability
  • Escalate unresolved issues to tier 2 support or engineering
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Maintain customer satisfaction with timely, friendly responses

Your Profile:

  • Customer-facing experience in a tech or service industry
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Good technical troubleshooting ability
  • Experience with mobile apps and digital tools
  • Flexible with shift-based schedules
