Hays Recruiting is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide bilingual support in French and English for a leading SaaS company. This position is ideal for empathetic communicators passionate about delivering high-quality support to users across Europe.
You’ll respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through product features, ensuring satisfaction and timely resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and ticketing platforms
- Provide technical and product assistance in French and English
- Document common issues and solutions in the knowledge base
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate bugs
- Ensure SLAs are met with professional, clear responses
Your Profile:
- 1–2 years in a customer support or helpdesk role
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with SaaS tools and support platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
