Job Description

Hays Recruiting is hiring a Tech Support Agent (Night Shift) for a software company providing 24/7 global support.

You’ll be the first line of support during overnight shifts, helping resolve technical queries and ensuring smooth operation for international users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to support tickets during night hours
  • Resolve hardware/software issues or escalate to Level 2
  • Maintain logs and documentation of issues handled
  • Perform routine system checks and updates
  • Communicate with global teams to relay critical updates

Your Profile:

  • Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Comfortable with night shifts and independent work
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
  • Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and IT systems
