Hays Recruiting is hiring a Tech Support Agent (Night Shift) for a software company providing 24/7 global support.
You’ll be the first line of support during overnight shifts, helping resolve technical queries and ensuring smooth operation for international users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to support tickets during night hours
- Resolve hardware/software issues or escalate to Level 2
- Maintain logs and documentation of issues handled
- Perform routine system checks and updates
- Communicate with global teams to relay critical updates
Your Profile:
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Comfortable with night shifts and independent work
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting and IT systems
