Job Description

Hays Recruiting is recruiting a Supply Chain Planner for a major FMCG brand operating across Europe.

You’ll drive accurate demand forecasting and ensure optimal inventory across multiple warehouse locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage demand forecasts using ERP data
  • Optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts
  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams
  • Track KPIs such as inventory turnover and forecast accuracy
  • Support S&OP processes across business units

Your Profile:

  • 2–4 years in supply chain or inventory planning
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
  • Strong Excel/Power BI skills and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English; FMCG background preferred
