Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and structured E-learning Course Designer to develop impactful digital learning materials for clients in the tech and healthcare sectors. The role is remote and project-based, ideal for freelancers or learning professionals with experience in instructional design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design SCORM-compliant modules using tools like Articulate, Rise, and Moodle
  • Translate client training needs into compelling learning journeys
  • Apply adult learning principles and accessibility standards
  • Collaborate with SMEs to align on technical content
  • Iterate based on learner feedback and usage data

Your Profile

  • 2+ years of experience in instructional or e-learning design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital modules
  • Skilled with design and learning tools (Articulate, Canva, LMS platforms)
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese a plus
