Job Description
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities and engaging with decision-makers across small to mid-sized companies. This role is fully remote and ideal for ambitious individuals eager to grow in tech sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and schedule product demos with account managers
- Update and maintain CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on feedback
Your Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation
- Native or fluent in German, with strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRMs
- Proactive, results-driven, and organized
