Job Description

Hays Recruiting is recruiting an Inventory Control Analyst to ensure warehouse stock levels are accurate and financials align with physical inventory.

Ideal for analytical individuals with experience in stock analysis and familiarity with ERP/TMS systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels and reconcile physical vs. system records
  • Analyze stock movement and identify slow-moving or excess items
  • Work with procurement to forecast demand and reduce excess
  • Report monthly inventory KPIs to supply chain management
  • Support cycle counts, audits, and stock correction efforts

Your Profile

  • 1–3 years in inventory or supply chain analytics
  • Strong Excel skills; SAP/Oracle/NetSuite experience a plus
  • Analytical problem-solver with attention to data accuracy
  • Experience with supply chain dashboards
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese preferred
